Therapy is a commitment to your healing,
personal growth, and emotional well-being.

It’s not just about the time spent in session—It’s an investment in your recovery. It's about meaningful change, deep self-awareness, and gaining tools that support you beyond our work together.

I believe in clear, transparent pricing so you can make an informed decision about your care. Below, you’ll find my session fees, payment policies, and what’s included when working with me.

Do You Accept Insurance?

I am an out-of-network provider.

While I do not bill insurance directly, many clients receive partial reimbursement through their out-of-network benefits.

How to Check Your Benefits:

Call your insurance company

(You can find the number typically on the back of your insurance card)

and then ask them:

• Do I have out-of-network mental health coverage?

• What percentage of therapy costs will be reimbursed?

• Do I need to meet a deductible before reimbursement applies?

If you have out-of-network benefits, I can provide a superbill (a detailed receipt) for potential reimbursement.

Payment Options

I accept credit/debit cards, HSA/FSA, cash, check, etc.

Payment is due at the time of service.

Good Faith Estimate (GFE)

Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate outlining the expected costs of therapy.
