I’m so glad you reached out.
You just took a brave and beautiful step, and I want you to know it matters.

Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, or just plain tired of holding it all together, you don’t have to keep navigating this alone. Something brought you here. Maybe it was a whisper from deep inside that said, “I can’t keep doing it this way.” If that’s true for you, I want you to know: you’re in the right place.

I’ve received your message, and I’ll be personally following up within the next 24–48 hours.

In the Meantime...
I know reaching out can stir up a lot. If you’re feeling anxious, second-guessing yourself, or wondering if therapy is really "for you", that’s not uncommon. Pause, and take a deep breath.

You’re not too much. You’re not making a big deal out of nothing.
You’re allowed to want more. More ease. More peace. More of you.
Therapy with me isn’t about fixing you—it’s about helping you reconnect with all the parts of yourself you’ve had to hide or push down just to get through.

We start where you are. We go at your pace. And together, we work toward lasting, soul-deep healing. OR you may be feeling some relief after reaching out because asking for help is the first step on your journey to healing.

Good job!
Frequently Asked Questions
What if I’m not sure therapy will work for me?
Totally valid. A lot of the women I work with have tried to “figure it out” on their own for years. You’re not broken—your strategies helped you survive. Therapy isn’t about fixing you. It’s about creating space to understand yourself more deeply, so you can respond to life differently—with more clarity, peace, and self-trust.

I feel weird spending money or time on myself. Is that normal?
Yes—and it’s more common than you think. Many of the women I work with have no problem investing in others—whether it’s paying for their child’s tutor, supporting a partner, or showing up 110% at work—but when it comes to their own care, it feels indulgent, even selfish.

Here’s the truth: you matter just as much. You deserve the same level of attention, support, and care that you so freely give to everyone else.

You don’t need a crisis to justify therapy. Feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, or just wondering, “Is this all there is?” is reason enough. There’s no problem too small to have your own space to process, reflect, and heal. This is your time—and you’re allowed to take it.

I don’t know where to start. Is that okay?
Absolutely. You don’t need to have the ‘right’ words or a perfectly articulated reason for reaching out. We’ll start wherever you are—even if it’s just, “I’m exhausted and something needs to change.”

I’ve done therapy before. How will this be different?
Some therapists do a lot of listening. I have a more interactive style, I will give you feedback, and I can “call you out on your stuff” if that is helpful. Therapy with me isn’t clinical, cold or detached—it’s relational, real, and rooted in compassion. I’m not going to just nod and take notes. I’m going to engage and interact. I’m here to walk with you.
My approach blends Internal Family Systems (IFS), trauma-informed care, and spiritual exploration (when you're open to it). Many of my clients say this work feels deeper and more transformative than what they’ve experienced before.
What if I’m afraid of what might come up?
That’s completely understandable. We go at your pace. We start by building safety, not diving into the deep end. You get to set the rhythm of this work—and I’ll be with you through every part of it, especially the hard ones.

What if I don't know if I need therapy or coaching or something else?
That’s okay too. Our initial call is just a conversation. We’ll explore what’s going on for you, what you’re looking for, and whether I’m the right person to support you. And if I’m not, I’ll do my best to point you toward someone who is.
